CORONAVIRUS- SURGERY APPOINTMENT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE TEMPORARILY CHANGED

Due to the current situation with Coronavirus we have changed the way we work to limit the amount of patients coming through the surgery, if you wish to see or speak to a Clinician DO NOT COME INTO THE SURGERY please contact us via 01273 773089 where you will be booked into a telephone 'call back slot' for the Clinician to assess you, if you need to be seen they will then book you into an appointment for the afternoon or video call you.
Please note if you are deaf and do not have the telephone relay service to contact us you can either contact us via your own surgery online access by sending a message or we will allow enquiries and requests for appointments for deaf patients ONLY through the prescription request email on email@example.com
